SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER

Natasha Noltimier

I’m a Berlin based Senior Product Designer with 10 years of experience designing complex products and improving how people get started, stay engaged, and find long-term value. With a background in user-centered design, UX research, and growth-focused experimentation, I help teams navigate ambiguity and turn fragmented systems into cohesive, intuitive experiences.

What I do

Design clarity in complex systems

I work on products with real complexity and help turn multi-step workflows, fragmented systems, and competing user needs into clear, intuitive end-to-end experiences.

Shape early user experiences

I focus on onboarding, activation, and early engagement, helping users understand value quickly, build confidence, and form lasting habits.

Partner cross-functionally

I work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to navigate ambiguity, align on priorities, and ship thoughtful solutions within real-world constraints.

Balance strategy and execution

My background spans product strategy, UX research, and hands-on design, allowing me to move fluidly between defining direction and delivering high-quality interactions.

About me

People fascinate me

I’m very inquisitive and enjoy learning what motivates people, what frustrates them, and what makes them tick. That understanding helps me design products people will love and avoid getting in their way.

I love learning from smarties

Complexity is everywhere. Luckily, I enjoy making sense of it. More than that, I love working with smart people to untangle messy problems. I do my best work collaborating with others to turn complexity into clarity.

I’m obsessed with process

I’ve worked on teams with great cultures and strong processes, and I try to bring that mindset wherever I go. I enjoy improving how teams collaborate and thinking about how to free up space for focused, meaningful work.

I don’t believe in ego

I believe good ideas can come from anywhere. Solving complex problems requires different perspectives and open conversation, which leaves little room for ego and a lot of room for better outcomes.
